Seattle-Area Pedophile Has 'How-to' Web Site for Men Seeking Little Girl Activities

SEATTLE — A Web site created by a pedophile is a virtual "how-to" manual, complete with the best places in western Washington state to see little girls, and tips on how to avoid getting caught by the police. The site, titled "Seattle-Tacoma-Everett Girl Love," has been around for a few years. The police know all about it, yet they say they can't shut it down because the site is legal. "As disturbing and offensive as we find this, there's no evidence of a crime, or even suspicion of illegal activity," said Rebecca Hover of the Snohomish County Sheriff's Department. The man who runs it, 45-year-old Jack McClellan, has never been convicted of a sex crime, which means he can attend any family-friendly events where children are present, and take all the pictures he wants for his Web site. He also lives close to a school bus stop. McClellan says his purpose is to promote association, friendship and legal, consensual hugging and cuddling between men and pre-pubescent girls. He admitted to FOX News that his "age of attraction" is between 3 and 11 years old. "I guess the main thing is I just think they're cute, a lot cuter than women. I admit there is kind of an erotic arousal there," McClellan said. "It makes me happy simply. Like I said, I think girls are cute, beautiful, just children in general make me happy ... being around lots of them. ... I'm doing what anyone else would do with a hobby. If someone's into birds they're taking pictures of birds. I'm convinced that none of these images are illegal." McClellan wants to bring pedophiles out of the closet and give them a way to get some relief, by going out and being around little girls. He suggests a number of places, such as plays at elementary schools, parks, swimming pools and libraries. "I really think a lot of this pedophilia hysteria is overblown. I think there are a lot of people like me. They have the attraction but they're not going to do anything physical because of the laws. It just makes me happy to attend these events." McClellan said that for pedophiles, just being around children is almost like a "legal high" that makes them happy. But "I can understand the fear," he added. "I hope that what I'm doing is setting myself up as an example that it is possible to have these attractions and not be out of control." But he said while it's OK to look, it's not OK to touch, given the many state laws in place to protect children against that. "I know it sounds kind of crazy, but there's kind of a code of ethics that these pedophiles have developed and what it is ... the contact has to be completely consensual, no coercion, if you're going to do it," McClellan said. Parents are understandably outraged. FOX News spoke to the mother of an 8-year-old girl whose picture appeared on the Web site. The picture was taken at a dance recital. "I needed to get those pictures off of there. I didn't want the pedophile community having any visibility to my daughter or her friends or any of the children that were on that site," said parent Ann Cialoa. "Whether it's a physical threat, a perceived threat, whatever threat it is. It's our jobs as parents to protect our kids from threats, and he is a threat, and people like him are a threat." Some legal experts have said the best course of action for parents who see their kids' pictures on sites like these, is to get a temporary restraining order against McClellan and demand that his Web site be taken down. "You have one in your face and you can't do anything about it because there's not a law to protect them from that," Cialoa said. "It's scary, and the fact that we're going to wait around for him to violate before we do something." Neighbors of McClellan's say there's a man who rides his bike around town at night and peeps into others' windows. They believe that may be McClellan. "You'll notice that every single person in this neighborhood has very large attack dogs," said neighbor Melissa Henry. The Web site was taken down by the Internet service provider after FOX News called the company about it this week. The company is investigating whether any material on the site is illegal. At least one area school has sent McClellan a letter saying if he comes onto school property or attends their functions, they will consider it trespassing and will have him arrested. Police and prosecutors are watching him closely to see if he crosses the line. A handful of state legislators are looking at drafting a new law to deal with such Web sites. In the long and noble history of people trying to smuggle reptiles by hiding them in inappropriate places, congratulations must go to the woman who was caught trying to cross the Gaza-Egypt border with three crocodiles tied to her body.
She was apprehended after border officials spotted that she was 'strangely fat.'
The woman said she had been asked to carry the reptiles from Egypt into Gaza through the Rafah terminal, the only route in and out of the strip. The crocodiles were discovered during a body search by a female officer.
Maria Telleria, a spokeswoman for the European observers who monitor the border crossing, told the AP: 'The woman looked strangely fat. Even though she was veiled and covered, even with so many clothes on there was something strange.
'The policewoman screamed and ran out of the room, and then women began screaming and panicking when they heard,' added Telleria of the moment the crocodiles were discovered. 
The crocodiles were strapped around the woman's waist, and their mouths were tied shut with string.
According to Telleria, after a brief kerfuffle, the panic soon subsided, and 'everybody was admiring a woman who is able to tie crocodiles to her body.'
The crocodiles, which are said to be worth around $500, were eventually returned to the Egyptian side of the border.

Authorities say Texas A&M student's ex-boyfriend confessed to grisly crime

According to law enforcement officials, Shepherd dismembered, and then burned the body of his former girlfriend, Tynesha Stewart, a 19-year-old Texas A&M University student. Nothing remains of Stewart’s body, Harris County Sheriff Tommy Thomas said at a press conference Saturday.
“I just don’t know what to think about it,” said Louis Evans, whose balcony faces Shepherd’s in the quiet tree-lined enclave in northern Houston. “I thought he was a nice normal person. I guess you never know what your neighbors are doing.”
Authorities said Shepherd has confessed to strangling and dismembering Stewart, a college freshman who was home on spring break, because he was angry that she had started a new relationship.
Officials first thought Shepherd had disposed of her remains in a large commercial trash bin that had since been emptied, launching an intense debate in the area about whether the Sheriff’s Department should conduct a massive and expensive search of area landfills for Stewart’s remains.
Stewart was last seen March 15 and was reported missing March
19. The next day the Harris County Sheriff’s Office homicide division launched its investigation.
On March 16, neighbors said they first noticed the unusual activity — and the unpleasant odor — on Shepherd’s balcony.
“The smell was awful,” said Evans, who also became alarmed after seeing a blaze shoot out from the grills. “I was wondering: What is he burning? Not cooking, but burning. There is a difference.”
At times, Evans said, the flames from the grills leapt dangerously close to the roof of the balcony. Evans says he called 911, but when firefighters arrived, the flames had calmed and Shepherd assured them everything was under control.
A leasing agent at the apartment complex also noticed the thick dark smoke and the intense flames and asked Shepherd what he was doing, Evans said. Another neighbor, 18-year-old James Hebert, told The Houston Chronicle that he often cooked out with Shepherd, and even left his grill at Shepherd’s apartment. When he wasn’t invited over, he asked his neighbor what was going on. Shepherd replied that he was cooking for a wedding, the newspaper said.
Dionne Whitaker, 31, who lives in the complex, said she saw Shepherd carry the grill and smoker to a garbage bin a day or so later, the newspaper said.
Human remains generally require extremely high temperatures to destroy, and authorities have not said how it is possible that Stewart’s remains could be completely burned on a patio grill.
“This certainly turned out to be one of the most heinous crimes I’ve ever seen in my 38 years (in law enforcement),” Thomas, the sheriff, said Saturday.
Shepherd, who is charged with murder, is being held on $250,000 bond in the Harris County Jail. Telephone message left with his attorney, Chip Lewis, were not immediately returned. On Sunday, the door to Shepherd’s apartment was covered with plywood boards.

Woman Admits Cooking Husband, Denies Killing Him

SAO PAULO, Brazil -- A Brazilian housewife has been sentenced to 19 years in prison for killing her husband, chopping his body into small pieces and cooking it.
Authorities said Rosanita Nery dos Santos, 52, drugged her husband, Jose Raimundo Soares dos Santos, and then stabbed him to death. Police said the husband's body was then hacked into more than 100 pieces, boiled, fried and hidden in plastic bags beneath a staircase. Police discovered the body parts after receiving an anonymous phone call.
A police official said the killing was either part of a black magic ritual or an attempt by the wife to collect $34,000 in life insurance proceeds.
The official said the woman may have also been avenging "years of humiliation from her husband."
Santos denied killing her husband but said she chopped up his body.
A police spokesman said the woman claimed masked assaillents entered her house, killed her husband and then forced her to cut up the body and fry it because that would "prevent the stench of a decomposing body from alerting neighbors."

Gravity is a big deal in our universe. We, the land around us, and even the air we breathe are locked down to the Earth as we hurtle through space at thousands of miles per hour. Gravity molds the stars and planets into their spherical shapes, and sets them in orbits around each other. In the violent last seconds of a giant star's life, gravity can distort the fabric of space and time to such an extent that light itself is sucked into the dying star's corpse, creating a bottomless pit called a black hole. Given all that celestial drama, it may seem surprising that one of the great mysteries of modern physics is why gravity is so incredibly weak compared to the other forces of nature…and for Earth that fact may matter more than the average person will be willing to believe.
